| CEO, Strategic Positioning, Mergers & Acquisitions Dr. Axel Schroeder has worked for the MPC Group in Germany and abroad since 1990. Since inception in 1994 he is actively involved in developing the skills of the company, whose success story started with ship investments. He became Chairman of the Management Board in 1999 and took MPC Capital AG public in September 2000. Since 1996, he has been Managing Partner of MPC-Holding, a main shareholder of MPC Capital AG. Dr. Axel Schroeder is married with five children. |

| CSO, Member of the Management Board since April 2010 Head of Sales, Product Strategy and Marketing Alexander Betz is member of the Management Board of MPC Capital AG since April 1st, 2010. His previous position was CEO at eFonds Holding AG a leading sales platform for closed-end funds, which he developed after founding a consulting company for issuing houses already in 1993 after completing his studies in business economics. Alexander Betz is therefore a renowned expert in the sector of closed-end funds and is responsible for the development of new products and marketing at MPC Capital AG as well as maintaining strong relationships with distribution and product partners. Alexander Betz is married. |

| CFO, member of the Board since 2000 Finance and Accounting, Controlling, Risk Management, Legal and Tax Ulf Holländer joined MPC Capital in early 2000 and was appointed to the Management Board in July 2000. Previously he held executive positions at the shipping company Hamburg-Süd and its subsidiaries in Australia and the USA. Ulf Holländer is married with three children. |
