    Building on a wealth of experience and expertise, MPC Capital constantly develops new ideas. In the steadily growing world of alternative investments, such ideas are the precondition for growth and future viability. Whether it's traditional, physical asset-based closed-end funds or open-ended capital investments our sector presents new offerings on a daily basis. We set standards in both segments, taking a pro-active approach and refusing to accept any limits to our vision.

    Aiming for the best possible risk-return profile at any given time, MPC Capital has successfully launched 303 capital investment products. Some 174,000 customers have invested over EUR 7.4 billion in our products.

    121 of our funds are ship investment companies with a total of 221 ships. We have launched 103 real estate funds comprising 302 properties with a total lettable space of over 2 million square metres. In 2008, we successfully established the new product line of energy and commodity funds with an equity volume of EUR 124.25 million. The total investment volume of these funds amounted to EUR 351.23 million. The table shows the results of the MPC Capital Group in the individual product segments as of March 31, 2009. The figures include the results of all subsidiaries.
