    Im Jahr 1999 initiierte die MPC Capital Gruppe den ersten deutschen Venture-Capital- / Private-Equity-Dachfonds für private Investoren. Mit der Global Equity-Produktreihe wurde deutschen Anlegern eine wichtige Ergänzung zur Anlage in öffentlich gehandelte Aktien geboten. Investiert wurde global, die ersten Fonds legten den Schwerpunkt auf deutschsprachiges Venture Capital.

    Aufgrund geänderter Rahmen- und Marktbedingungen wurde das Konzept 2005 überarbeitet. Als erster deutscher Private- Equity-Dachfonds für Privatanleger fokussierte sich der MPC Global Equity 7 auf Investitionen in den wachstumsstarken europäischen Mittelstand. Diese Strategie wird bis heute von den MPC Private Equity Fonds umgesetzt.

    Ergänzt wird die Produktlinie durch die Fonds MPC Global Equity Step by Step I bis 4. Diese bieten privaten Anlegern die Möglichkeit, über einen Ansparplan in die jeweils aktuellen Global Equity-Fonds zu investieren.

    Die Übersicht zeigt alle vollplatzierten Fonds per 30. Juni 2009. Das platzierte Eigenkapitel betrug inklusive der zum Stichtag noch in Platzierung befindlichen Fonds EUR 414,8 Millionen.
